Data Controller
The controller of personal data provided by the User through the Service, i.e., the entity deciding on the purposes and methods of their processing, is Scaff Serv sp. z o.o., ul. Władysława Grabskiego 5/8, 24-100 Puławy, NIP 7162845470 (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator).
Legal basis for data processing
The personal data provided by the User is processed by the Administrator based on the consent expressed by the User, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – referred to as GDPR. Providing personal data through the Service is voluntary. The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Administrator at biuro@scaffserv.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Purposes of Personal Data Processing
The Administrator processes the User’s personal data for the following purposes:
  • Communication with the User, particularly for handling complaints regarding the Administrator's products or services.
The Administrator may also process the User's personal data obtained through the Service for the following purposes:
  • To conclude and execute any potential agreement between the User and the Administrator and to serve the User as the Administrator's client in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
  • To conduct financial settlements with the User, who is a client of the Administrator, in relation to any agreement concluded between the parties, and to pursue claims from the User who is a client, within the Administrator’s legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and to fulfill the Administrator’s legal obligations towards tax authorities based on separate regulations in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
  • To conduct the Administrator’s marketing activities within the Administrator's legitimate interest as defined in Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, as well as in accordance with the statements of will regarding marketing communication submitted to the Administrator. Consents given in the scope of marketing communication (e.g., for sending commercial information electronically or telephone contact for direct marketing purposes) can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal;
  • To fulfill the Administrator’s legal obligations towards the User as specified in GDPR, under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Prohibition of copying and sharing content
All content found on the www.scaffserv.com Service is protected by copyright law. Any copying, duplication, or sharing of content without the Administrator’s consent is prohibited and may lead to legal liability.
User rights
The User has the right to access their data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, transfer data, and object to data processing. Any inquiries can be directed to the Administrator at biuro@scaffserv.com.
Cookies

Data Retention
